How LaunchFaro works

LaunchFaro helps you get your own product listed on public directories and launch platforms that accept free listings, and shows proof for each one.

1. You describe your product

Website, name, a tagline and two or three versions of the description in your own words. You can let us read your site's title and description to suggest wording, only when its robots.txt allows it.

2. We pick only directories that are free, with evidence

Every directory we offer is classified from its own public pages, with the quote that shows it is free. Paid and unclear ones are never offered. Directories decide for themselves whether and when to publish.

3. You preview, then you decide

A dry run shows what would happen and changes nothing. A real run is a separate step you start yourself, and it needs a plan that includes real runs. Nothing contacts a directory for a listing before that.

4. We submit where it is permitted, and prepare the rest

Where a directory has a documented way to submit, or we have a reviewed integration and its terms and robots.txt permit it, we submit. Everywhere else we prepare a copy-ready pack and you submit in your own browser. See what assisted means.

5. Captchas and sign-ins are yours

We do not solve captchas, use no solving service and do not get around bot checks. When a directory shows a captcha you solve it in a live view, usually on your phone, and the run carries on. See the captcha hand-over.

6. We verify, with evidence

A listing counts as a backlink only after we fetched its live page and found a link to your product. The evidence is shown, and we re-check listings over time and tell you if one is removed or its follow status changes. See how verification works.

What we do not do
