Export and deletion
How to download everything your account holds, and how deleting your account works.

Export
On the Settings page choose JSON or CSV. The file holds what your account owns: campaigns, entries, events, evidence, drafts and sign-in records. The download link works for a short time and only while you are signed in.
Deletion
Deleting schedules the permanent removal of your account and its data after a grace period. Signing in again before then cancels it. If you have a paid plan that can still bill, cancel it first. Financial records are kept for the period the law requires; they are detached from your account.
Deletion also asks the engine to remove what it holds for you, such as description versions, run steps and evidence, and the web records are removed only after that has finished.
