Billing and refunds
How payment works, how to change or cancel a plan, and where the refund rules are written down.

Who takes payment
Payments are taken by our merchant of record, which also issues your receipt and handles sales tax or VAT where it applies. We never see or store your card details.
Changing or cancelling
Use the billing page. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep the paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. Listings already published at directories stay where they are.
Refunds
The rules are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. That page is the one source of truth; this article does not restate them.
A payment failed
You get an email. The plan stays active for a short grace period while the provider retries; update your payment method on the billing page.
